Landing page definitions

• Component summary: Radio button selector to show the Work Package summary details for that Category.
  • Install, supply, delivery, commissioning are categories which are attributed to work packages when they are set up.
• Report - Prints a summary work package report via BIMXtra report viewer.

• WP No - Work package number. Package 9999 is a default package which will always be shown and objects which have not been allocated with a work package number will be sent to work package 9999 as a default.
• WP Name - Work package name.
• Schedule - Design schedule name that the work package is derived from. Click to show the work package schedule detail view.

• View Components - Add / clear items from the Insight basket. Hover on the icon to reveal add to basket and clear basket.
• Comments - Shows a count of the number of comments added to the package. Click to show the comments panel to add new comments.

• Status - A padlock will be displayed if a schedule is checked out for editing. Hovering over the padlock will show who has it checked out and allow an email to be sent to ask them to check the schedule back in.

• Awaiting approval - Shows a warning triangle if there are items in a schedule that is awaiting approval. Hover to reveal more details.
• Issue - The latest issue of the work package. Hover to reveal more details and a link to download a .pdf or .dwfx of the work package.
• Total - Total number of items in the work package.
• Design Total - Total number of approved items in the work package.
• Design Unapproved - Total number of unapproved items in the work package.
• Unchanged - The number of items unchanged in the work package since the last issue.
• New - The number of items that are new to the work package since the last issue.
• Changed - The number of items that are changed in the work package since the last issue.
• Deleted - The number of items that have been deleted in the work package since the last issue.

• Issued - Shows that the work package has been issued.
