Add New Project

Watch this video for a quick overview on creating a new project, or read on for more information. 

To create a new project in BIMXtra, select the 'Add New Project' option under configuration:

 This will open the following screen:

• Project Name - Enter the name of the project.
• Project Number - Enter the project number.
• Project Access - Controls publishing and visibility to the project.  For full details refer to Project Access Company
• Project Sector - Select the sector. This will group add the project into a grouping on the 'Select Project' page.
• Project Contract Value
• Project Start Date
• Project End Date

Once complete click OK and your project is created. Alternatively, click Cancel and the project will not be created.
On clicking OK, you will be shown this window.

Select Take me to project config to continue configuration of your project. Alternatively, select later to return at a later point. Please refer to the 'Project Configuration' section in this document for more information about this area.
